What is the analytical method?

This method involves a chemical analysis of your product in the laboratory and is suited for products not suited for the calculated method.

  • Requires a 500 gram sample of your finished product (using representative ingredients, packaging and equipment for best results)

The process

  1. Contact GFIC about your analytical testing inquiry

  2. Drop-off a sample of your food product to GFIC (directions found here; courier directions found here)

  3. Food product undergoes analytical testing

  4. Obtain analytical results in ~ 10 business day
